Suh Kyung-bae, CEO of Amore Pacific was elected as the 38th Chairman of the Korea Cosmetic Industry Association during the regular general meeting of the Korea Cosmetics Industry Association. In his inaugural address, Chairman Suh said that the domestic cosmetics industry is entering a stage of unrestrained competition amid the trend toward globalization. He noted that he would study measures to promote the collective development of the industry by promoting active distribution of cosmetics and strengthen the competitive power of the cosmetics industry by improving relevant rules and regulations.
