From November 9 through 13, Sulwhasoo held a five-day pop-up store event at Kaiyuan Shopping Mall Atrium in Xi'an, China. The event consisting of an exhibition of limited edition products, activities with poetry, a dessert space, and a reading space created a unique experience among the visitors.

 In the store, a special, AI-powered robot named ‘Sulwhasoo Encyclopedia,’ who knows every single detail of Sulwhasoo, provided a variety of services including beauty consultations and product explanations. There was a reading party inspired by ginseng, the main ingredient of Sulwhasoo products, to discuss various literary works with famous Chinese actress Carina Lau, David Liu, Chairman of Weber Shandwick China, and Wang Tao, Head of Sulwhasoo Division, Amorepacific China.

 Many programs were held in the dessert space, including serving lovely desserts prepared by a patissier featured in the Michelin Guide and hosting a skincare class.
