Starting this month, the L&D Center under the Korean HQ is holding the MY WAY FOR US program for members of AMOREPACIFIC's global offices.

Based on the same theoretical background as the MY WAY program for all members of AMOREPACIFIC in Korea, the MY WAY FOR US program provides a range of activities to help learners view and define their work from their own perspective and the viewpoints of colleagues, company and society more broadly. It has ‘Action Notes (Korean/Chinese/English)’ optimized for the different environments of each office in order to facilitate flexible self-learning and offline learning.

Branch specific modules and operation mode were confirmed through Culture Talk with the head of global offices this past February. The program will be provided after the facilitator training program from April to June, starting with the team responsible for organizational culture.
The L&D Center will offer standard culture programs to foster stronger bonds between all members of AMOREPACIFIC. We'd like to ask for your active participation in our first global standard program, MY WAY FOR US.
