Korea HQ announces the result of the 2014 Global BPI at APC

On Tuesday, March 3, the Korean HQ Customer Strategy Team held a briefing session in AMOREPACIFIC China (APC) reporting the result of global BPI (Brand Power Index) and U&A (Usage & Attitude) survey with 40 members, including AMOREPACIFIC China and Taiwan President Charles Kao, as well as brand managers and the head of each brand division. This briefing session was also held on Thursday, February 26 at the main hall in the Korean HQ.

Held at the APC Lan Room, the session was a chance to analyze BPI and the influential factors of each brand in China and the ASEAN region (Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand) and improve the shared understanding of the cosmetics buyers in each country. Through this session, participants learned about the group’s overall BPI performance in 2014, the influences on BPI such as purchase and customer satisfaction and the U&A (Usage & Attitude) of customers as well. 

APC members who participated in the briefing session said that it helped them to better assess and understand the various factors that influence brand power. They added that APC will set in place a unique, distinctive marketing strategy based on data.
