14 French ANNICK GOUTAL BAs (store managers) visited the Chartres Fragrance Factory on Tuesday, September 8 and saw how ANNICK GOUTAL fragrances are produced.

This factory visit program was organized by ANNICK GOUTAL Retail Team and brought together managers of boutiques located in Paris, France and Brussels, Belgium. The factory visit program was highly significant with all managers and members of Retail Team coming together, a considerable feat given the difficulty in finding a time when all managers take time away from their busy working schedules in store. After the program, boutique managers commented that it had been very interesting to see the whole course of production through delivery to the boutique and that they were glad to meet with the employees involved in that process. They also said that they will do their work at the boutique with a greater sense of responsibility and expressed satisfaction with the factory visit program.

We hope that this visit to Chartres Fragrance Factory helped all 14 ANNICK GOUTAL boutique managers better understand the production process and that it served to boost their sense of loyalty and pride in the brand.
