At the internationally renowned aesthetic science and aging research symposium, IMCAS World Congress 2026, Amorepacific unveiled its 'Holistic Longevity Solution'—a technology vision that transcends skin to encompass one's overall health and beauty. At this year's congress in Paris, France, Amorepacific R&I Center CTO Byung-Fhy Brian Suh was featured as a keynote speaker, where he presented the company's future technology strategy and its groundbreaking age-reversing research breakthroughs, based on the cellular aging mechanism.

Under the theme 'Innovative approaches to reverse skin aging,' CTO Byung-Fhy Brian Suh introduced Amorepacific's foundational reverse-aging technology. In collaboration with the research team of Professor Kwang-Hyun Cho at KAIST, Amorepacific established a 'cellular senescence research network,' and based on this, jointly developed Reverse-Aging technology that restores senescent skin cells to a younger state by inhibiting PDK1, a core protein that regulates aging. This presents a new paradigm that actively restores the skin's youthfulness by modulating the fundamental mechanisms of aging, moving beyond conventional approaches that merely improve symptoms like wrinkles or loss of firmness, or that simply delay aging. In addition, the company isolated the ingredient 'RE.D Flavonoid' from the resilient Camellia flower, which maintains its vitality amidst harsh environments, and illuminated its PDK1-inhibiting activity. The credibility of this research, along with its safety and efficacy, was validated through joint clinical studies with Johns Hopkins University in the U.S.

CTO Byung-Fhy Brian Suh subsequently unveiled Amorepacific's future technological direction with the vision of a 'Holistic Longevity Solution.'
