Amorepacific participated in the celebrated TFWA World Exhibition & Conference 2025, held from September 29th to October 3rd in Cannes, France. This marks the company's 12th appearance since its debut in 2012, signifying a sustained and proactive commitment to fortifying its presence in the global travel retail market.

 

The TFWA World Exhibition & Conference, hosted by the Tax Free World Association (TFWA), is universally acclaimed as the premier global gathering for the duty-free industry, convening the sector's most influential stakeholders. At this year's exhibition, Amorepacific showcased an exemplary portfolio of flagship products from a total of nine distinct brands, including the illustrious Sulwhasoo, LANEIGE, and HERA. The company worked to strengthen its global network through a series of high-level business meetings with over 50 partners, including all of the world's top ten duty-free retailers. Building on the recent triumphs of LANEIGE in the Americas and Europe, a continuous series of meetings were held, dedicated to galvanizing the brand's entry into new markets.

 

"The global travel retail landscape is rapidly evolving, driven by AI-powered business innovations and shifting travel cultures," stated Doo-bae Park, Executive Director of the Amorepacific Travel Retail (TR) Division. "Through our presence at this exhibition, Amorepacific is focused on catalyzing our entry into new markets while solidifying our leadership in existing ones. By fostering closer collaboration with our partners, we will ensure that global travelers can encounter the world of Amorepacific at an ever-expanding list of destinations."

 

Currently, Amorepacific engages with global customers across a vast network encompassing 240 duty-free stores operated by 25 retailers in 19 countries, including Korea. Commencing with launches at New York's JFK Airport and Paris's Charles de Gaulle Airport last year, the company is intensifying its global duty-free expansion efforts this year. This includes the recent grand openings of new LANEIGE stores in key European airport hubs across France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Austria, Norway, and Hungary.
