The TR (Travel Retail) Service Workshop was held on April 12-13 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Dalian, China. The workshop was designed to improve the sales skill and customer service capability of global BAs through the TR service training program. 33 BAs engaged in the duty free channel from four countries (26 from China, 4 from Hong Kong, 2 from Singapore and 1 from Malaysia) came to attend the workshop.
BAs learned the value of TR service – energy, friendliness and reliability – as well as simulating the service and surveying the customer service provided by local stores through the intensive sales course. They also discussed about the problems and difficulties they've faced while working in store during a special lecture led by a service training expert from Dalian Nationalities University.
