AGO Division delivered the keynote address at a cosmetics trade show – Belleza y Salud (Beauty & Health), held in Bogota, Columbia on Wednesday, August 19. The trade show rivals the famous Cosmetics Trade Show in Brazil in terms of its prominence and prestige in the Central and South American markets. Hosted by agencies and leading agencies in Columbia (including PROCOLOMBIA, Bogota Chamber of Commerce and Colombia's Chamber of Industry of Cosmetics and Toiletries), the trade show celebrates its 14^th anniversary this year.

This trade show featured a partnering session to help overseas companies make inroads into the Columbian market. Accepting the special invitation to deliver the keynote address as a leading innovative international cosmetics company, AGO Lee Chang-gyu introduced the global operation and foremost brands of AMOREPACIFIC Group. Highlights of the speech included the brief introduction of the innovative Cushion product category and the aspiration of AMOREPACIFIC Group to enter Central and South America.

More than 250 people involved in the Central and South American cosmetics market attended the session and showed a great interest in the global competitiveness and advanced technology of AMOREPACIFIC Group. There was a special interview held with several American beauty media outlets (Cosmetic Design, Beautyfashion.com), with spokespeople of AMOREPACIFIC Group talking about the company’s interest and competitiveness in the Central and South American market, as well as its operation in the U.S. We hope that AMOREPACIFIC Group moves fast to advance into the Central and South American market by building on this opportunity to make itself known across Central and South America.
