A. Our team is responsible for making decisions and communicating with foreign countries when our company exports products. When there is any product to export, we monitor the entire product process right from its production stage and check whether its ingredients meet the safety standards of the target country.

A. Products may have a safety issue abroad, even though they are compliant in Korea. To prevent such issues, we check whether the product contains any ingredient that may arouse any safety issue abroad and judge its export feasibility. We must check whether the package and content of the product meet relevant safety standards and secure relevant reports. As regulations on product package vary depending on the country, it's required to prepare guidelines and meet labeling requirements based on the regulations of the target country.

A. Yes, the person in charge of a specific country judges whether a product can be exported to that country based on country-specific guidelines and then secures and reviews approval documents thoroughly before delivering them to the RA person in the local market. The RA person conducts the approval process of the product based on local laws and regulations and monitors any issues related to the product, such as approval or promotion issues, and shares the result with the Global RA Team.
The duties of our team are largely divided into three areas : 1) Greater China, 2) EURASEAN, and 3) Ameralia. Greater China has Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan and Hong Kong; EURASEAN has EU, ASEAN, Russia, Middle East and others; and Ameralia has North America, Latin America and Australia. Assigned with different countries, our team members work with local RA staff based on expertise on their assigned country.

A. For countries Amorepacific hasn't yet entered, our team studies legal information about the country and conducts monitoring activities to strengthen our global legal capabilities regarding product approval, registration and post-sale management.

A. The Global RA Team focuses on strengthening our capabilities to get insight into global trends and respond fast to them based on networking with many related entities and related persons in local markets.
