At Amorepacific, I handle global communications, social content creation, and channel management for mise en scène, one of our Hair & Beauty brands. I’m particularly focused on building its brand awareness in the U.S. market. To do this, I manage the brand’s social channels (TikTok and Instagram), plan collaborations with global influencers, and create diverse video content—constantly exploring new ways to connect with our audience. Setting direction and executing in a fast-moving market is challenging at every turn. Still, I find the greatest fulfillment when I can leverage my intuition and drive to deliver real results.
My ultimate goal is to shine both inside and out. That’s why I’ve chosen #GlowGetter as “my real hashtag”—it captures who I am. Today, I’ll share my work and daily life through three keywords that embody this hashtag: #mise en scène Perfect Serum, the hero of authentic messaging; #Mouse, the switch that turns intuition into action; and #One Moment Meal, my source of inspiration. Let me introduce you to the elements that make me who I am as a global content marketer.

When I’m crafting a brand message, I believe the most powerful persuasion comes from real experience. In the content field, having your own perspective is everything. Since there’s no single correct answer in content planning, what matters most is trusting what you feel and think, and having the confidence to execute on it.
The item that symbolizes my work philosophy is #mise en scène Perfect Serum. It’s a product I use every single morning after shampooing—a routine that’s protected my hair for years. Since using this serum, I’ve maintained glossy hair despite frequent styling changes, and my colleagues often ask me what my secret is for keeping my hair looking so good.

The Switch That Turns Intuition Into Action #Mouse

In my personal life, I’m pretty practical, but at work, I rely on intuition and quick execution. I tend to absorb almost everything I encounter in daily life as information. When I see something visually interesting, I screenshot it immediately and save it as my own idea. I organize references systematically so I can pull out the right inspiration when it’s time to execute.
For this workflow, my essential tool is a #mouse. It’s my “comfort item.” I take it everywhere, whether I’m working at the office, in meetings, at external events, or on business trips. Sure, you can work with a laptop trackpad, but nothing gives you the speed and precision of a #mouse when you’re controlling content.
In my work collaborating with global influencers, I often need to organize references quickly and decide on content that’s both trendy and on-brand for us. In these situations, the mouse plays a critical role—letting me edit content intuitively, fine-tune layouts precisely, and polish campaign assets in real time. For me, the mouse is more than just a tool. It’s the “fast connection that turns intuition into execution,” a symbol of my work style. It’s also the item that most tangibly embodies my motto: “Work like work.”

Time to Refuel My Inspiration #One Moment Meal

Planning global campaigns and creating content means navigating new markets and approaches—it’s challenging territory. That’s why you need the confidence and drive to fully commit to your ideas and push them forward. The routine that sustains me through all this is preparing wholesome, thoughtful meals.
When I cook, I usually make steamed vegetable dishes and use mealtime to organize my thoughts. It’s just one meal, but this really helps me sort through ideas that have accumulated throughout the day and think of new directions. Creating content is ultimately about working with “human sensibilities,” so I believe these small routines directly impact the quality of my work.
For me, meals aren’t just a break: they’re like a mental reset button. Instead of forcing ideas when my mind is overheated, I often find that better ideas come when I step back and take care of my body. I started this to maintain my health, but now this #One Moment Meal routine keeps me centered, both physically and mentally.

Q What does the Hair & Beauty MC Team specifically do?
We handle a wide range of marketing communications for Amorepacific’s hair, body, and dental brands—including IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) campaigns, global communications, and social channel management. We work with seven brands, including mise en scène and Ryo.
My focus is on global communications and global social content creation. I work to expand mise en scène’s brand awareness and design influencer collaborations and short-form content strategies. I’m also responsible for streamlining processes using AI and generative AI, which enables us to create image and video content that would have been difficult to produce before.
Q What are you most proud of at Amorepacific?
When people think of Amorepacific benefits, they usually think of high-quality, delicious meals. But I want to talk about the best benefit that’s unique to Amorepacific: the rich aesthetic experiences you can enjoy inside and outside the building. There’s an in-house art museum where you can always view works by inspiring artists, and the building itself is a work of art—I draw ideas from its use of negative space and spatial design.

Get into the habit of capturing everything you see in your daily routine and turning it into information. Content specialists typically work in the realm of intuition and sensibility, but what sets me apart is my strategy of organizing visible references and analytical data into clear, well-presented materials.
Build your reference library bit by bit. Observe people’s styles and behaviors on the street, and collect trends and patterns from social media during short subway rides. This will help you develop the intuition you need as a content planner.
Also, given that this work involves global markets, you need execution skills to turn ideas into results. If you familiarize yourself with practical areas such as influencer collaborations, TikTok campaigns, and global channel management, you’ll adapt much faster.
Finally, remember that great work isn’t created in isolation—it comes from collaborating with great colleagues. I believe the quality of your results and how you show up throughout the process are what matter most in content roles.
