On December 7 2018, Amorepacific China was awarded the "Employer Excellence China 2018’ and ‘Excellence in Learning and Development of 2018". This award aims to select an employer's model that utilizes information technology to innovate management model, improve organizational efficiency and flexibility, enhance employee skills, develop employee's expertise and actively create new customer value in an era of great impact and subversive changes in business model and market pattern caused by science and technology. 

  In the selection, 9 individual awards were selected from different dimensions, such as excellence in human resources strategy, organizational innovation, corporate social responsibility, recruitment strategy, learning and development, employee development plan, employee care strategy, human resources team and human resources digital management practice.
