What does the People & Organization Unit at Amorepacific do?
The People & Organization Unit is responsible for organizational and talent management to ensure Amorepacific's business success, as well as cultivating a collaborative and engaging organizational culture where employees can thrive. We actively support mutual growth between the company and its employees through motivational HR systems and development programs. We are also committed to recruiting top talent to drive sustainable growth for the company.
