On Tuesday, November 10, 40 members of Pacific Creation (PC) and Annick Goutal (AG) had a Brown Bag session in Champs-Élysées, the center of Paris, France and the main topic centered on the biography of the founder Suh Sung-whan, titled Cosmetics would still be my purpose, even in another life. A Brown Bag session is an informal meeting held to share useful contents over a lunch hour. On that day, members of PC and AG learned about the history and background behind the growth of AMOREPACIFIC through this Brown Bag session that was prepared by the company. There were times when quizzes were held and presents were given out in between parts of the session, which were said to help members focus better during this one-and-a-half-hour session.
Most members who participated in the session were the ones who initially exuded their excitement and intention of attending the session as soon as the first notice about it was given. Participants mentioned after the session that they were already well aware of the growth and presence of the Korean HQ through its achievements but through this session, they were able to learn more about all the difficulties that it overcame to become what it is today and that how much the founder was interested in France. They concluded that they would aim to take a greater sense of responsibility as a member of PC and AG.
Meanwhile, this Brown Bag session will be also held for the Chartres Plant and BA sales force next to the Paris office. At this time, I please ask for you to show your support for all members of AMOREPACIFIC France and encourage them to develop and maintain interest in the Korean HQ in such a way that they are able to feel a wider sense of belonging.
