On April 1, IOPE opened a flagship store, Bio Space in Myeongdong, Seoul. It is the first flagship store of IOPE, a brand much loved by women for its advanced technology and innovation throughout its 20 years of history.

IOPE Bio Space offers the experience of the world through the brand IOPE, its innovative AIR CUSHION® and BIO LAB providing professional skin research and checkups. With the opening of Bio Space, IOPE will deliver the distinguishing value of the brand to customers and, at the same time, strengthen its presence as a global beauty brand.

IOPE Bio Space features a variety of special zones including Skincare Zone, AIR CUSHION Zone and Bio Science Zone. The first floor is specially designed for product experience. Customers can check their skin using their iPad with IOPE Bio Solution installed, choose products for themselves and experience brand assets, such as IOPE's skin research results, namely Skin Report and GENIUS. Moreover, customers can learn about the history of its best-selling item AIR CUSHION® and get a taste of the entire new AIR CUSHION® line while applying makeup using AIR CUSHION® and other makeup products of IOPE in the powder room.

On the second floor, IOPE BIO LAB™, a research center for the experience of systematic, professional skin checkups and solutions is located. Here, customers can have their skin checked with the help of experts using the most advanced devices and based on those results, find a solution right for their skin. BIO LAB™ offers two programs: Basic Program (60 minutes) for the checkup of the entire face with the help of an expert and Intensive Program (90 minutes) for the checkup of the entire face and concerned areas and receive counseling from PhD-level researchers. The Intensive Program is provided free of cost, but requires a reservation one month in advance starting from the 20th day of each month whereas the Basic Program takes applications in stores on the same day of visit. It is also available in Chinese.

Meanwhile, the brand model Lee Yeon-hee came to the opening event that was held the day before the official opening. It is said that everyone in the store was fascinated by her bright, clean skin and being known as a beauty icon, as she toured around the store and tried IOPE products. 

The flagship store now offers special the BIO ESSENCE Trial kit and PRO MAKEUP LIP PALETTE only available here at the flagship store. In addition, customers who purchase two or more AIR CUSHIONs will get a 20% discount and a colored AIR CUSHION case (randomly chosen from black, silver, rose gold and blue, except the refill) upon purchase of five or more AIR CUSHIONs.
