2016 One AP Leader Course was held on Wednesday, April 13 at the L&D Center in Yongin, Korea for 60 team managers of AMOREPACIFIC's global offices to share the corporate culture, business vision and goals for ONE AP and learn AP leadership. Participants learned about the mid- and long-term business and growth strategy of the company, and the importance of corporate culture, shared values and deeper meaning of what the company does.

After the program, participants said that it was a great chance to learn about AMOREPACIFIC's strategies and vision and to reflect on their own style of leadership. AMOREPACIFIC Group HRD Center will hold One AP Leader course once a year as part of the Global Leadership Program. We're looking forward to seeing AMOREPACIFIC turning into Global One AP through the One AP Leaders.
