innisfree took the first step to winning the hearts of local customers with the opening of its first store in Thailand. 

innisfree opened the first store in the Centerpoint Shopping Mall in Siam Square situated in downtown Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand. Siam Square is a large and trend-leading shopping area in Bangkok which is always thronged with young people.

The day before the store opened, innisfree invited 50 members of the media and held a pre-opening event to promote the store and its products. The opening day was marked by a ribbon cutting took ceremony which took place with Sam Park in AMOREPACIFIC Thailand, Chang Seok-yoo of innisfree and staff members of the shopping mall in attendance. 

On the opening day, Thai customers as well as tourists from China and Japan looked about the shop and, thanks to their support, the first innisfree store in Thailand recorded over KRW 1 million in sales in its first three days. Customers who visited the store said that they were glad to see an innisfree store in Thailand and that they were looking forward to seeing the new products that innisfree would bring out.
