During April 2019, Amorepacific US hosted the company’s first Town Hall meetings with the goal to share updates on business results, communicate our upcoming plans and goals, and encourage internal teams. Both events featured engagement activities, Q&A sessions to promote transparency within the organization and the results of the Q1 APUS Rewards and Recognition program.

  The first Town Hall meeting which was held in West Coast took place on April 22^nd in the company’s new office in Brea, California. The West Coast meeting also served as a celebration of the formal inauguration of the new space with the head of Amorepacific US Jessica Hanson, cutting the ribbon and attendees from the Global Headquarters the head of Amorepacific Premium Brand Unit Jeong Kayla, the head of Premium Global Division Kim Kimberly and the Premium GBD Team.

  The new two-story location features furniture and consistent with Amorepacific Global Headquarter office, plenty of conference and meeting rooms, allowing for more open space for employee communication and collaboration. The Town Hall was attended by 25 people, including Operations and Warehouse team, some West Coast Sales team, leaders from Amorepacific US Premium Division and Sales Division.

  On April 30^th, the second Town Hall Meeting took place in New York, with approximately 80 people in attendance, including Amorepacific US New York office employees, East Coast Sales team members and trainers. The highlight of the event was the awards ceremony for the winners of the Q1 Rewards and Recognition program across all company’s functions – Support: Amorepacific US Finance Team Peter Yang, Marketing: Amorepacific US Laneige & IOPE Marketing Team Gina Gonzalez, Sales: ARITAUM East Sales Team Hangah Kim. These employees will be competing with other quarterly winners for the honorary title of APUS Employee of the Year.

  Amorepacific US employees look forward to our next Town Hall meetings that will take place in 2019 in Brea and in our new offices in New York located at 1407 Broadway.
