- Four-Month Youth Empowerment Program Offered in India's Delhi NCR

The MEET YOUR BEAUTY ACADEMY, a corporate social responsibility (CSR) program hosted by Amorepacific, has launched its first global initiative in India's Delhi National Capital Region (NCR). Operated in partnership with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), this marks the program's first overseas project and will run for approximately four months with 80 youth participants.

The MEET YOUR BEAUTY ACADEMY is designed to help young people discover their potential and plan their future career path through training programs focused on beauty. Focusing on the Delhi NCR, the curriculum in India combines K-Beauty expertise with an understanding of the local beauty industry. As part of Amorepacific's global CSR efforts, this initiative holds significant value in supporting youth self-reliance, personal growth, and positive community transformation.

Participants learn key skills required for practical career exploration, including content planning, photography, editing, online communication, and personal portfolio building. They also engage in offline sessions, hands-on assignments, and professional mentoring. Recognizing the rapid growth of India's beauty industry and the rising demand for skilled talent, Amorepacific's CSR Team designed the program to help young people develop beauty and digital capabilities, enabling them to enter diverse fields such as retail, brand marketing, and content creation.
