Amorepacific released a new customized bath bomb service, ‘Bathbot’ in May 2021. Currently available at Amore Store Gwanggyo located in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, Korea, the service readily makes a bath bomb at the shop based on a customer's choice of color and scent.

Customers can simply choose the product they want or receive a recommendation for the bath bomb they need through a simple psychological test via the kiosk. The bath bomb recommendation process in particular is backed up by the study conducted by the Amorepacific R&D Center on the influence of fragrances on human mental and physical conditions.

There are 14 types of bath bombs that come with different, distinctive colors and scents including Sweet Floral, Forest Herb, and Lavender Hill and when customers pick their favorite, the robot, developed by Amorepacific, makes the bath bomb right on the spot. The bath bomb is made hygienically and it takes only about two minutes for the robot to make the product, all of which can be viewed by the customers.

Customized bath bombs come in different shapes, colors, and scents to add extra fun and relaxation to the bath time. In addition, they provide moisture and revitalize the skin with the help of argan oil and sweet almond oil. The bath bomb, free of nine potentially harmful ingredients, is safe for sensitive skin and uses eco-friendly recycled paper packaging materials instead of plastics.

Through continued research and development, Amorepacific is delivering a series of bespoke solutions to optimize the customer experience including personalized lip makeup product and foundation, and will continue with its efforts to provide the best products and services for individual customers.
