Contemporary Seoul Beauty Brand HERA introduces its Silky Stay Custom Match service, which makes personalized foundation for customers. It is a custom beauty service that helps customers choose a product that is optimized to their skin tone from among 125 different shades of HERA’s flagship product, Silky Stay Foundation.  

Silky Stay Custom Match will be available at Amore Seongsu, Amorepacific’s flagship store located in Seoul, Korea. To use the service, customers should make an appointment on Amore Seongsu website and visit the store for a one on one consultation with a professional makeup artist, who will help pinpointing the right color for each person. The makeup artist uses a program [i]  featuring a patented technology from KAIST, one of the most prestigious universities of science and technology in Korea, to measure the skin tone of the customer. The makeup artist then proposes the best foundation shade and a professionally trained formulation manager makes the foundation on site. Customers can also receive a consultation on makeup that best suits their skin tone. The service also offers a custom kit comprised of select samples of HERA’s key products based on the customer’s skin tone and type.

Customers who visit without making a reservation can use the self-measuring device and specially designed color card in the store to buy a personalized Silky Stay Foundation. HERA also launched the service for customers overseas to allow them to try out the personalized service from HERA at Global Amore Mall.

Silky Stay Foundation is a product that delicately covers up the pores and the skin texture for smooth look of the skin. It is widely recognized by customers for its remarkable quality and has become one of the best sellers by HERA.
